You will play a key role in strengthening our compliance culture by providing practical coaching, guidance, and learning support across the Private Bank. You will help our people understand and apply the behaviours and practices required to meet regulatory standards, while identifying opportunities to improve compliance knowledge and capability. Your work will contribute directly to creating an environment where staff feel informed, supported, and confident in navigating compliance responsibilities. What You Offer
- Experience delivering coaching and guidance that supports colleagues in understanding and applying compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of the financial planning regulatory environment and how it shapes day‑to‑day business practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance
- Confidence in presenting and supporting teams through change in a dynamic environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
