Senior Contract Administrator - Class 2 Apartments …, Brisbane City

I’m partnering with a well-established NSW construction company known for delivering premium residential and mixed-use high-rises construction projects . Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team in Brisbane, QLD . Key Responsibilities
- Manage full contract administration processes from procurement through to project completion and handover
- Procure, negotiate, and administer subcontractor and supplier packages
- Manage head contracts, variations, progress claims, EOTs, and contractual correspondence
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with company systems, contractual obligations, and industry standards Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in Contracts Administration within the construction industry, ideally residential apartments and/or mixed-use construction projects
- Proven capability managing head contracts and subcontractor procurement packages
- Sound understanding of construction contracts, commercial processes, and Australian standards
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar preferred What’s on Offer
