About The Role The General Manager Retail Sales (APAC) is responsible for driving sales growth, customer expansion, and profitability across retail, ecommerce, and food service channels throughout the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Regional General Manager Foods APAC, you will lead regional sales strategies aligned with Hewitt Foods’ growth ambitions and customer‑focused values. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute APAC retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships across retail, ecommerce, and food service channels
- Identify new market opportunities and lead product development initiatives aligned with customer needs
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams while driving collaboration across the business
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and compliance to optimise commercial outcomes About You You are an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and market expansion within the food or FMCG sector. You bring deep expertise across APAC retail markets and thrive in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments where collaboration and strategic thinking are highly valued. With strong commercial acumen and leadership capability, you are confident building long‑term customer partnerships, leading high‑performing teams, and identifying opportunities that drive sustainable growth. You are equally comfortable working strategically and operationally to deliver measurable business outcomes. You Will Bring
- Proven success driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion across APAC
- Experience leading high‑performing, cross‑cultural teams within food or FMCG environments
- Strong strategic, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Sound understanding of APAC trade, regulatory, and food safety requirements
