About the Role This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of the action across Moco. You will work directly with the CEO to drive projects, improve workflows, coordinate strategic initiatives, and maintain momentum across the business. Your responsibilities will include optimising the Monday.com systems and managing cross‑functional priorities. Additionally, you will enhance visibility, build board papers, and ensure accountability. In this role, you will play a significant part in helping the business execute at a higher level. Alongside the commercial and project side of the role, you’ll also provide high-level executive support to the CEO across calendars, meetings, communication, reporting and day‑to‑day coordination to ensure priorities stay on track. About You You’re highly organised, proactive and thrive in fast‑moving environments. You’re also highly tech‑savvy, comfortable leveraging systems, reporting, automation and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, visibility and business outcomes. You know how to balance executive support with business execution, staying calm under pressure while managing competing priorities. You love structure, systems and helping leaders and teams operate at a higher level. Most importantly, you’re someone who gets things done. Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Experience in a Business Manager, Executive Operations, Chief of Staff, Project Management or Senior Executive Assistant role.
- Strong systems capability with confidence using technology, reporting tools and AI to improve workflow, insights and operational effectiveness.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience managing calendars, meetings and executive coordination.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow and project management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Commercial awareness and strong problem‑solving capability.
- High level professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Exposure to digital operations, eCommerce or customer experience environments is highly regarded.
