Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD, offering flexibility to work remotely for some days each week. The Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Physical Security Solutions will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and promoting Sektor's physical security portfolio. Key tasks include managing a portfolio of clients, developing go-to-market strategies, tracking market trends, delivering sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions. This role will also work closely with vendor partners to manage campaigns and access resources to better serve clients. Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, account management, and customer relationship-building.
- Proficient understanding of physical security solutions and relevant technologies (CCTV, VMS & Access Control)
- Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, revenue generation, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying current opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation expertise.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendor partners and cross-functional teams to drive mutual success.
- Experience in technology distribution or similar industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is a plus.
