ABOUT THE ROLE Flex Fitness Equipment is Australia's leading retail fitness equipment brand, built on high quality gear, expert advice and an end-to-end service experience. We’re growing fast and looking for a hands‑on content creator to fuel our social presence with authentic, high‑volume UGC-style content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. This role is 3 days a week but outputs like a full‑time creative — you’ll be organised, fast, and deeply comfortable in front of (and behind) a camera. WHAT YOU'LL DO Content Creation
- Shoot and edit 30+ pieces of content per week including Reels, TikToks, Stories and static posts
- Create authentic UGC-style videos showcasing Flex products in home gym and lifestyle settings
- Produce before/after, unboxing, installation and product demo content
- Develop content series targeting all three customer profiles (serious gym-goers, dads getting back into fitness, women working out at home)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and platform-native formats Social Media Management
- Own the scheduling and publishing calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Monitor comments, DMs and community engagement across all platforms daily
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign timing, sales events and product launches
- Manage and brief UGC creator partnerships and influencer activations
- Track content performance and feed weekly insights back to the marketing coordinator WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality content consistently — portfolio or active channels required
- Solid grasp of short-form video trends, hooks, pacing and platform algorithms (Meta & TikTok essential)
- Comfortable on camera and able to direct others — customers, staff or UGC creators — for shoots
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent mobile/desktop editing tools
- Organised and self-directed — you can plan a week’s content and execute it without heavy oversight
- Genuine interest in fitness, health or the home gym space
- Experience working with a retail or e-commerce brand is a strong advantage NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns on Meta
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify or e-commerce marketing ecosystems
- Background in gym, personal training or fitness retail
