Business Development Manager – Trade & Construction Equipment – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Join a fast-growing equipment solutions business supporting the construction and surface preparation industry. Who are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow their customer base across Southeast Queensland and build long-term partnerships with contractors, trades and industry partners. This role suits someone who loves being out in the field, enjoys winning new business, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer outcomes. What you’ll do
- Grow the territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling and site visits
- Build solid relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and convert equipment sales opportunities through demos and follow-up
- Manage your pipeline, quotes and CRM activity to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads and create opportunities What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, industrial or trade-focused products
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Enjoys autonomy & proactive by nature
- Ability to manage territory, plan visits and follow through on commitments
