AI Implementation Lead (Brisbane City)

We move fast, back our people, and now we're ready to take a serious leap into AI. This is a newly created role — a real opportunity to shape how our business operates for years to come. The opportunity We're looking for an AI Implementation Lead to own our AI transformation from the ground up. You'll build and deploy Claude-powered agents, automate workflows inside our Simpro environment, and be the internal champion who brings our team along on the journey. This isn't a theoretical role — we want things built and running, and we want our people genuinely using them. What you'll be doing Design, build and deploy AI agents using Anthropic's Claude to automate business workflows Integrate AI tooling with Simpro and other operational systems Identify high-value automation opportunities across the business and prioritise accordingly Work closely with leadership and team leaders to map current workflows and find efficiencies Champion AI adoption internally — training staff, building confidence, and embedding current ways of working Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools, APIs, and best practices relevant to our industry Measure and report on the impact of automation initiatives Hybrid role — 1 to 2 days per week at our Stafford office, remainder work from home Direct access to business leadership and real decision-making authority Be the first mover — define the role, build the function, own the outcomes Collaborative team culture with 10 years of stability behind us How to apply Send your CV and a brief note on an AI or automation project you've built — what the problem was, how you solved it, and what the outcome was.
