Leadership, Architecture & Business Partnership You will lead a capable IT team supporting multiple business units across the group. The team spans network infrastructure, systems administration, integration capability and helpdesk support, with a solid base already in place. The focus of this role is not to be hands‑on with every task, but to provide direction, clarity and structure across the function . Key areas of responsibility include:
- Shaping and defining the overall IT architecture and systems landscape
- Strengthening cybersecurity capability and resilience across the organisation
- Leading and developing a multi‑disciplinary IT team
- Partnering with business leaders to assess and prioritise technology needs
- Managing vendor relationships and challenging external providers where required
- Supporting system integration, automation and emerging AI initiatives
- Ensuring new systems align with long‑term strategy and existing infrastructure You will engage closely with General Managers and operational leaders, balancing service delivery with appropriate governance and decision‑making discipline. The Profile Behind the Success This prospect will suit an experienced IT leader who brings:
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- Approximately 7–10 years’ experience in IT, including leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and enterprise environments
- Experience managing vendors and external technology partners
- The ability to step back and think strategically about systems, architecture and improvement You are pragmatic, commercially aware and confident engaging with stakeholders across the business.
