- Write engaging newsletters, announcements, and campaigns that inform and inspire employees.
- Design and implement innovative internal communication plans to keep employees connected and aligned with DETSI’s strategic plan.
- Use storytelling to highlight achievements, share updates, and foster a sense of belonging across the department.
- Build strong relationships with teams and leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored communication solutions.
- Develop communication plans that help employees navigate organisational changes with clarity and confidence. Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative internal communications plans, including strategic storytelling, that lead to an uplift in staff engagement.
- Understanding of contemporary internal communications trends and continual drive to innovate and improve.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timeframes and deadlines, prioritising effort to ensure internal communication activities are delivered to an exceptional level in a timely fashion.
