- DVA, NDIS, Support at Home Drive Meaningful Impact: Join New Care Services as our Business Development Manager New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not‑for‑profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in‑home care and support to Veterans, older Australians, and people living with disability. We are expanding our footprint across South-East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and we are seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to help us connect more clients with the high‑quality services they deserve. Your Role As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Recent Care Services across the community. You will build strong referral pathways, nurture partnerships, and represent our organisation at events, expos, and stakeholder meetings. The role is based in Slacks Creek with travel required in the SEQ and Northern Rivers. Responsibilities
- Generating leads across DVA, NDIS and My Aged Care
- Building and maintaining strong relationships in the community
- Attending community events, expos, and networking forums to promote our services
- Managing referral relationships and ensuring warm, professional handovers
- Completing intake requirements for current clients
- Working closely with our Support Coordinator and Care Partners to ensure seamless onboarding
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline activity This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, understands the community services landscape, and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work. What We Offer

- Demonstrated experience working within DVA programs, NDIS, or Support at Home or related community care sectors with a strong understanding of referral pathways and service delivery models
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present information, represent the organisation at events, and engage diverse audiences in a warm, professional manner
- A professional, values‑driven approach that prioritises trust, dignity, and positive client and community outcomes
- High level of proficiency with CRM systems, client management platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital tools required for reporting, relationship management, and workflow coordination
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current driver's licence, access to a reliable vehicle and motor vehicle insurance Ready to Make an Impact?
