About This Role Business Administration Trainee 12 Month Fixed Term position Brisbane We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Administration Trainee to join our Corporate Services team. This is an exciting prospect for someone looking to start their career in business administration while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Working under the guidance of the Manager Security and aligned to Registered Training Organisation (RTO) objectives, this role plays a key part in supporting the broader business through data entry, general administration, and compliance support activities. As a Business Administration Trainee, you'll gain hands‑on experience in corporate operations while learning in a structured, supportive environment. You will help ensure our internal processes run smoothly and support both internal and external stakeholder requirements across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services team
- Assist in data entry, documentation, and system updates aligned to RTO objectives
- Support the coordination of contractor management and building security controls
- Carry out compliance activities
- Assist with invoice processing, procurement tasks, and reporting within SAP
- Monitor and manage Facilities Service Portal, email inboxes, and booking systems
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery excellence About You To be successful in this role you will need to live the Airbus Values, work with passion and determination, and be able to work to tight deadlines in an environment of continuous improvement. Essential
- Australian citizenship (mandatory for security and compliance)
- Completion of high school (Year 12)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and SAP
- Strong time management with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable
- Driver's licence and access to a car
