The Cyber Security Groups is looking for a motivated Administration
Officer to join the team. You will ensure that effective administrative support, focusing on financial accounts, human resources and information management, is provided to the work unit in a timely manner.What you'll doAs an Administration Officer, you will organise all administrative aspects of the office, including coordinating meetings, seminars, conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments. You will provide financial administrative support to the business unit through activities such as procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable, and the use of systems including SAP/R3. You will also support human resource processes by maintaining establishment data, providing basic HR advice, and applying relevant legislation. In this role, you will contribute to the development of best practice business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices and making recommendations to support continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining accurate records and robust information management systems.About youWe are searching for someone who has:Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg.
