Broker Support – Insurance We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our Global and Corporate client support team. In this role, you will work with Client Managers and Client Executives to support national and multinational corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery to all stakeholders. Aon is looking for a candidate with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing an insurance career and committed to delivering excellence in client service. You should be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a high‑performing team. We offer a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home or from the Aon office. What The Day Will Look Like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing, which will be key to your success. Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
- Engage in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
- Participate in insurance policy pre‑renewal, renewal and post‑renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service. Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a close team environment.
- Ability to work within tight timeframes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Email systems, Teams and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.
