- Develop and implement customised account plans for key strategic customers
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our product and service offering
- Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals
- Foster strong partnerships with branch teams, technical sales specialists, and operations
- Participate in industry events and forums across North and Central Queensland Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management or B2B industrial sales
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- The ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organisational levels
- Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams
- Experience in bearings, power transmission and condition monitoring technologies
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
