- Relevant engineering qualifications and 6+ years’ experience with substantial marine structural and port engineering experience.
- Proven ability to shape, lead and deliver projects across the full lifecycle.
- Strong track record of building trusted client relationships through high-quality delivery, with solid project and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and developing alongside industry-leading technical experts.
- Ability to communicate complex marine and structural concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid structural engineering foundations, with the capability to develop bespoke design solutions and mentor junior team members.
