Overview (Text Only) Are you a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager with proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing office operations? Foot Locker Asia Pacific is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team on a 13‑month contract, covering maternity leave, starting mid‑July (with flexibility for the right candidate). This role provides high‑level executive administrative support to the Vice President General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. Responsibilities Executive & Business Support
- Partner closely with the GM, Senior Leadership Team and global counterparts to support key operational objectives
- Provide executive support to the GM, including calendar management & meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense management
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and manage communication distribution Office Management
- Oversee meeting logistics, mail handling, supplies ordering, office expenses, and general office administration
- Act as the central coordination point, providing clear communication and contact across all departments within Head Office
- Ensure effective and professional office operations People & Culture
- Lead the People & Culture Committee
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including social and charity events Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a global or national organisation
- Highly organised with strong administrative, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrates solid work ethic and professionalism
- Thrives working autonomously, staying one step ahead through proactive thinking, strong awareness, and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills with flexibility and resilience to juggle competing priorities
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
