This program includes a structured learning and development program, providing a solid foundation as you complete four 6‑month rotations across different areas of the business. Focusing on graduates in Process/Chemical, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering, these rotations offer professional exposure to various aspects of Seqwater's operations. As a development program this position has a starting salary of $90,491.97 + 12.75% Superannuation with incremental increases through the program. These positions are permanent full‑time opportunities. What do we look for in our graduates? - Be an undergraduate studying Engineering in either Chemical/Process, Civil or Geotechnical in your final year due to complete prior to August 2026 or completed your degree in the last two years with sound academic achievement (GPA 4+).
