We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Urban team in Brisbane and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil and infrastructure works across the region. - Supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing plant and equipment for maximum utilisation
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting site crews to perform works safely
- Recording accurate daily costs of operations to track progress against quoted objectives and budgets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to strategically grow the business
- Driving a culture of "Safety above all else" by proactively reporting and managing all hazards and risks What You’ll Bring
- At least 10 years of construction experience in a relevant civil or infrastructure setting
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively motivate your team
- A hands-on approach with complex problem-solving skills and a strong commercial focus
- Relevant industry tickets, ideally including a Construction Induction Card, First Aid, OHS, and Plant operator cards Ready to take the next step?
