Field Service Engineer - Australia H/F (Brisbane City)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering to join our energetic team, based in Brisbane, Australia. Reporting to the Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, commissioning and start‑up of the machines and their maintenance. You will perform with intensive travel in Australia according to the company plan. Responsibilities
- Conduct adjustments and tests to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation equipment according to specifications.
- Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site.
- Prepare detailed reports on installation solutions to facilitate ongoing works and after‑sales services.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures, efficiently order and replace parts when necessary; it can be done remotely or on site.
- Test and verify equipment operation after installation to ensure proper configuration.
- Create comprehensive technical installation reports to document all completed work.
- Provide valuable records and support to the After‑Sales Service team. Technical Competencies
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Electromechanical or industrial machines background.
- Good knowledge of industrial process and ability to give guidance to our clients.
- Experience in reporting and synthesis. Behavioral Competencies

- Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. The required education may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains.
