The centre has car parking facilities and is well-serviced by public transport, including regular bus routes and the G light rail. The Broadbeach South station is nearby, and a complimentary shuttle service operates daily, connecting Pacific Fair with locations from Main Beach to Burleigh Heads.

This full-time position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We're seeking a dedicated leader who is committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the chance to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

As Store Manager, you'll:

Provide advice and offer styling recommendations to customers

Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Support the training and recruitment of outstanding talent into the team

Create visually appealing store displays

Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention.
