Reporting to the QLD Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, fostering a positive and motivated team culture and ensuring Viktoria & Woods standards, policies and values are upheld. **Responsibilities include**: Ensuring we are delivering exceptional shopping experiences to all of our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention; Driving the Sales performance across; Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention; Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and Making sure both locations run as smoothly and productively as possible. What are we looking for?
