We’re on the hunt for a **Full-Time Assistant Store Manager** to join our vibrant team. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership role, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate the team, and ensure every customer has a standout experience in store.

What you’ll do:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a warm, memorable in-store experience.
- Drive and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- both personally and through your team.
- Maintain store presentation, product levels, and merchandising to a high standard.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operations.
- Be a key part of building a positive, fun, and collaborative team culture.

What you'll bring:

- A natural people person with strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Confidence in selling and leading a team to achieve sales results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for excellent customer service and a love of all things sweet.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
