Barista/all Rounder (Broadbeach Waters)

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, reliable team member to join Common Coffee and grow with us long-term.

You’ll be working across our two locations
- **Pac Fair & Surfers Paradise**
- for around 30 hours per week, with the prospect for more hours in the future for the right person. **Immediate start available.**

To be considered, you must have:

- Minimum **2 years barista experience** or strong background in fast-paced hospitality
- Ability to handle **high volume service** with confidence
- **Latte art skills under pressure** (preferred)
- **Weekend availability** (essential)
- Excellent **multitasking & teamwork skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **food safety & cleanliness standards**:

- A genuinely **positive attitude** and great customer service
- **High attention to detail**
- we care about quality

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
