**Store Manager**

Reporting to the Franchise Partner and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen-based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

- Reviewing sales and COGs to ensure growth and profitability
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with recruitment and training needs
- Creating rosters and approving timesheets
- Executing marketing initiatives, identifying recent opportunities where possible
- Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.
- Responding to customer enquiries as required
- Mentoring up-and-coming team members, to ensure the successful operation of the store at all times

**What You Need to Succeed**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A minimum 3-4 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade
- A current Food Safety Certificate, knowledge of specialty coffee will be advantageous

Pay: $50,652.24
- $67,572.74 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
