Waiter/ Waitresses (Broadbeach)

About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Waiters, Waitresses and Hostess to join our vibrant and lively seafood restaurant in the heart of Broadbeach, QLD. As part of the hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. What we're looking for : 1. Previous 2 years experience working as a Waiter, Waitress or Bar staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment. 2. should be able to carry 3 plate 3. Section waiter/ waitress experience will be preferred. 4. A minimum of 1-2 years section waiter/waitress experience is required. 5. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour 6. Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities 7. able to take orders at the table, follow the service sequence to provide excellent service which is we are known for in Gold Coast 8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays 9. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate 10. RSA certification can be obtained after hiring if not currently held What you'll be doing 1. Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner 2. Providing attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables 3. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining and bar areas 4. Handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy 5. Assisting the bartenders and kitchen staff as required 6. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly 7.
