In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing high-quality leads to drive new business opportunities for a top-performing team in the commercial sales market. What you'll be doing 1. Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through telephone prospecting within our warm database 2. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and systematically follow up to convert opportunities 3. Collaborate closely with the team to understand their unique selling propositions and tailor your approach to each lead 4. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective clients 5. Utilise CRM tools and sales technology to effectively manage the lead generation process What we're looking for 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in telephone lead generation, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within the real estate industry 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a wide range of clients 3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 4. Experience using CRM software 5.
