Administrative Assistant / Secretary (Operations & Social Media) Location: Broadbeach (Office-Based) We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to support operations, client communication, and digital presence across multiple growing businesses. This is not a standard admin role or a short-term position. It suits someone who wants to grow with a business long-term, take ownership, and be part of building something meaningful from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls, emails, and client communication
* General administration and document preparation (Excel, Word)
* Assist with social media and marketing
* Follow up enquiries and support sales processes
* Contribute to systems, organisation, and workflow improvements Requirements:
* Strong admin experience (essential)
* Experience with social media or marketing
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
* Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using digital tools and AI systems About You:
