Support the Marketing team in executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for the Land division. The **Marketing Coordinator** contributes to product amplification, campaign coordination, reporting and general marketing support to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives that fuel business growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist with the execution of marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, by coordinating logistics and materials
- Manage the briefing process and workflow for new resort launches and the amplification of existing resorts and packages, in line with marketing priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams
- including Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to gather information and support marketing activities
- Support content creation by briefing the creative team and coordinating assets
- Help prepare marketing presentations and case studies
- Coordinate communications with the land product team, broader marketing team, external tourism bodies, and other partners as needed
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and consumer trend tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Tourism Partnerships Manager and Marketing Campaign Specialist as required

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2-3 years' experience, ideally in implementing B2C marketing campaigns
- Background in travel advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Creative and cutting-edge thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and add value
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow through self-directed learning, courses, and mentorship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn new tools and software (Trello)
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing highly regarded
