**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Member to join our Broadbeach location. This is a unique chance for someone ready to take on more responsibility and lead a team. Whether you have experience in hospitality, retail, or another industry, we value your drive and leadership potential. This role requires availability for evening and weekend shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and motivating the team during busy shifts to ensure high standards
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Preparing fresh, high-quality Mexican food according to Zambrero recipes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised restaurant environment
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring efficient workflow on the line
- Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in any industry is highly regarded
- Leadership experience is preferred, but a strong desire to lead and grow is essential
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
