Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages in accordance with our restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for drinks.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring that all supplies are readily available for service.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining detailed records on our POS system.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a casual dining or bar environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older, as per legal requirements.
