Role Overview:
We’re looking for a savvy and strategic Media Buyer/Marketing Manager to help Buddy reach more people who will love our products as much as we do. You’ll be the mastermind behind our ad campaigns, making sure every dollar spent drives awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, buy, and optimize media campaigns across digital platforms (social, display, programmatic, search) and traditional media where needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with Buddy’s brand voice and marketing goals.
Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Buddy at the forefront of marketing.
Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful spending.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Marketing Manager.
Robust understanding of digital marketing platforms and media planning.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Passion for building fun, engaging, and impactful campaigns.
Preferred:
Experience with e-commerce brands or FMCG products.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and performance marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social advertising trends.
