You will bring your experience, passion, and knowledge to the team to support the operations of Treasure Cove gaming lounge, as well as the Sophisticated Bar & Dining outlets of Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach.

- Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers
- Serve customers a wide variety of beverages to a high-quality standard
- Looking after the Tab and Keno operations, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
- Ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors
- Taking customer orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide luxury Food & Beverage service to guests in the Restaurant and Room81 Bar

**Qualifications**: **What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in a bar & gaming venue
- Proven capability to maintain, monitor and operate gaming machines
- Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming, and alcohol
- Knowledge and skills in bartending, making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
- Attention to detail, taking orders efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and emotional intelligence
- Able to learn menu items, to connect and share with guests, and create memorable dining experiences
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel is advantageous
