A position has come available for an experienced **Maintenance Team Member** with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at **Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.**

**The overall functions of this role are**:

- General handy-person and trade duties
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
- Versatile handy-person skills
- Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
- Basic plumbing skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Ability to be part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Liaise with customers as required.
- Trade qualification is helpful
