- As Bar Supervisor you will be primarily based in Room 81, the luxury bar located at the entrance to Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. The hotel is situated in the vibrant heart of Broadbeach and just 200 meters from pristine, patrolled beaches. We focus on providing sophisticated dining experiences, luxury French hospitality, and high-quality, memorable experiences to each of our guests._

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated experience in Bartending within a luxury workplace
- Elevated leadership skills, to successfully train, develop, and guide a team to excellence
- Advanced beverage knowledge and skill in creating a wide range of beverages
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, RSA, food handling best practices
- Excellent standards of presentation suited to a luxury environment
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, able to seamlessly manage inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
