Production Co-ordinator (Broadmeadows)

**The Opportunity**: We are hiring 2 x Privigen Filling Production Coordinators (1 x Day and 1 x Afternoon shift) to join our Filling Manufacturing stream. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Area Manager, and based at our Broadmeadows Facility, you will be responsible for co-ordinating activities within a production team to manufacture a range of therapeutic products. You will also oversee the operations of the relevant manufacturing area and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure all staff are adequately trained.

**The Role**:

- Co-ordinate process development and innovation within the manufacturing plant.
- Support the relevant manufacturing area during technology transfer, capacity upgrades, process development, process optimisation and process standardisation.
- Ensure staff under your supervision is appropriately trained to conduct their tasks in a GMP compliant manner.
- Co-ordinate routine validation and maintenance activities within the Department.
- Build and maintain strong lateral relationships with internal stakeholders to secure support to meet the department's business needs and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, process, and yield improvements for products manufactured within the department.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line management.
- Superior technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP.
- Strong understanding of quality systems including handling of processdeviations, change controls and quality records.
