**About the Role**: As a Hotel Receptionist (Guest Service Agent), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and a key part of ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. This casual role is varied and hands-on, offering the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing information about facilities, local attractions, and transport options
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Being available for 1-2 on-call overnight shifts when required

**About You**: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and brings professionalism and energy to the front desk.

**You will bring**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Friendly, approachable, and always ready to brighten someone’s day with outstanding service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends
- Current working rights in Australia

**Role Details**:

- Casual position
- Hourly rate: A$32+ per hour
- Location: Attwood, VIC (close to Melbourne Airport)
- Flexible availability required
