We are currently seeking a **reliable and professional Disability Support Worker** to provide ongoing community access support for a participant located in **Dallas, VIC**.

**About the Role**: You will support an NDIS participant to access the community, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain independence.

**Shift Details**:

- **Location**: Dallas, VIC
- **Days**: Tuesday and Thursday
- **Time**: 1:30 PM
- 6:30 PM
- **Shifts**: Ongoing and consistent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide community access and social support aligned with participant goals.
- Promote independence, confidence, and positive social participation.
- Build and maintain a respectful and qualified relationship with the participant.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication with the care team.

**About You**:

- Proven reliability and professionalism in providing disability or community support.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **Working with Children Check**.
- Current **First Aid & CPR Certificate**.
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and **reliable vehicle** (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, respectful attitude.
- Commitment to consistency and quality of care.
