Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services to further develop our employees’ capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.

**About the role**: Reporting to the Manager Brite Institute, the Industry Experience Support Officer is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of student field experience across:

- Hospitality
- Horticulture
- Warehousing
- Business Administration
- Small Business

**We are excited about you because you have**: Relevant qualification in either Hospitality, Horticulture, Warehousing, Small Business/Administraton or related discipline and high-level relevant experience in a similar role in the VET sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to manage critical and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience working both independently and as a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Solutions driven with a continuous improvement mind-set.
