They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their team and provide essential support across sales, logistics and general operations.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting internal stakeholders across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter sales contracts and purchase orders for the sales team
- Support the entry and maintenance of sales codes within a new Impex documentation system
- Coordinate courier bookings
- Assist with team offsite preparation, including collating and printing documentation
- Support the logistics team with invoice processing and system setup activities
- Create, maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Logistics teams as required
- Assist offsite teams with day-to-day office support tasks
- General administration duties including filing, answering phones and maintaining records Skills and Attributes:
- A proactive and positive approach to your work
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent data entry and administration skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team member
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
