Logistics & Export Co-ordinator (Brookvale)

- Salary $80k We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics & Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to senior leadership within the Logistics Department, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end import and export documentation, supporting international shipping operations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage shipping contracts within internal systems
- Coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines
- Manage Import and Export Letters of Credit, and related documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freight providers to coordinate shipments
- Prepare export documentation including EDN, shipping instructions, and hazardous cargo declarations (M041)
- Review and verify supplier documents to ensure compliance with contract terms
- Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with internal stakeholders where required
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Dispatch original shipping documentation to clients and banks
- Maintain shipping schedules, inventory records, and system updates
- Provide support to team members and assist with general administrative tasks About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in export documentation and logistics
- Strong knowledge of international trade and INCOTERMS
- Experience with import/export processes and documentation
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
