**Salary**: $60K-$80K Base Salary (Based on Experience) + Super + Uncapped Commission (Estimated OTE $120K-$180K)

Inclusions: Laptop + Mobile Phone provided

Hours: Monday to Saturday | 8:30am
- 5:30pm

Contract: 6-Month Contract with Opportunity for Permanent Employment

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in both B2B and B2C environments. You will play a key role in driving business growth by securing new clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service across your portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to prospective customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI requirements
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and account management
- Manage meetings and presentations with large B2B organisations
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting through CRM systems
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team while also working independently

**What We’re Looking For**
- Native English speaker
- Live within a 20-minute drive of Manly, or willing to relocate to Manly
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and customer service within fast-paced industries
- Previous experience in industries such as waste management, construction, real estate, or telecommunications highly regarded
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPI targets
- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Experience managing end-to-end sales meetings with large B2B organisations
- Ability to work from the Manly office during the week
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently
