**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with inquiries, helping them find the right products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Create, follow up on, and manage customer quotes to facilitate timely completion of sales transactions while addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock checks and assist in organising the store to keep it well-presented and aligned with company standards.

**2. Yard & Warehouse Associates at BV Building Supplies and BV Timber.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate forklifts for loading and unloading products while following safety protocols.
- Oversee product movement within the yard and warehouse, including receiving, sorting, and organising stock.
- Maintain protected storage practices for all materials and conduct regular checks for organisation and compliance with safety regulations.

**3. Drivers in Brookvale (Offsider, MR/HR with a minimum of 2 years experience).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport goods to and from various locations, ensuring punctual delivery and maintaining optimal condition upon arrival.
- Efficiently load and unload goods while maintaining accurate documentation and strictly following all procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
