ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the backbone of our operations, from ensuring timely delivery to our coffee partners to keeping our warehouse in tip-top shape, you'll play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Warehouse Wizardry: Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and keep our warehouse running like a well-oiled machine.
- Roasting Rockstar: Assist our Head Coffee Roaster and learn the ins and outs of the roasting process.
- Delivery Dynamo: Hit the road with confidence, delivering orders with a smile and representing our company with pride.
- Team Cheerleader: Keep spirits high, promote teamwork, and uphold our company values in everything you do.

Skills and Qualifications
- Coffee Connoisseur: 2-3 years' experience in hospitality, barista work, or coffee roasting preferred.
- Road Warrior: Hold a clean, valid driver's license and have safe driving skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online software.
- Leader in the Making: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating teams.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Ready to tackle challenges and drive company success.
- People Person: Excellent communication skills and a passion for top-notch customer service.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Self-motivated, task-oriented, and always ready to lend a hand.
