Warehouse Supervisor (Brookvale)

**Permanent full time role**:

- **Based in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches**:

- **Salary $70,000 to $75,000 plus super**

Our client is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to join this environmentally friendly online retailer. This is great opportunity for you to show your incredible warehousing skills that include pick/packing, receipt & dispatch plus general housekeeping duties. Reporting to the Managing Director you are a hands-on star, responsible for the supervision of a small team of casuals from time to time. Your motivated and enthusiastic attitude coupled with excellent communication skills will be highly regarded.

**Responsbilities of the role**:

- Download files and pick and pack daily orders and prepare the goods for pick up from courier services
- Pre-pack forecasted orders in advance and manage and utilise additional temp staff if needed
- Receiving and unloading all stock (containers and all deliveries)
- accounting for stock inbound.
- Maintain and report all stock levels on a regular basis including regular stock, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Order and top up packaging and consumable products as needed in advance.
- Report weekly update to team.
- Coordinate returns with customer service
- Manage Warehouse stock so it is well organised and rotated
- Record Monthly cycle counts
- Record and update the stock consumption report
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Experience working in a warehouse leadership role
- Digitally literate (using ecommerce software or good digital understanding)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift medium heavy objects (bags of nappies!)
- Current Australian driver's license
- Required to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communicator
- Flexible approach to problem solving
