Description

Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia’s mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders. Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $750 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $560 million to be completed by the end of the year. Due to continued growth, in Pallas Capital there is an opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join the team in our Manly Office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office five days per week. Key Responsibilities
- Process investor applications, redemptions, transfers, and amendments
- Maintain accurate unit registers and investor records
- Prepare and issue investor statements, confirmations, and notices
- Assist with distribution calculations and payment processing
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations for fund and trust accounts
- Support NAV preparation, unit pricing, and monthly return calculations
- Assist with audit processes and respond to information requests
- Support FATCA/CRS and regulatory annual reporting requirements including AIIR
- Maintain fund documentation, registers, and internal trackers
- Update fund administration systems and support process improvements About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial services operations
- CA / CPA qualification or currently studying (desirable but not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and control-focused mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with reconciliations and data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
