Digital Content & Video Marketing Specialist (Manly)

About the role This is a dynamic, in‑house role where you’ll take the lead on creating high‑quality video and digital content across our channels. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to bring our insights, client stories and education pieces to life through engaging, platform‑ready content. What you’ll be doing Video content creation
- Plan, storyboard and produce engaging short and long‑form video content
- Film and direct content including interviews, educational pieces and brand storytelling
- Edit videos using tools such as Descript, Adobe or similar
- Optimise content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms Social media & digital content
- Create and schedule content across social channels using HubSpot
- Design digital assets using Canva, Adobe or similar tools
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Monitor performance and refine content based on insights Content planning & campaigns
- Collaborate on content ideas aligned to business goals
- Support campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation
- Contribute to thought leadership and educational content Bonus projects (if this excites you)
- Assist in launching and managing a podcast
- Support delivery of webinars and online events About you You’re creative, proactive and love bringing ideas to life through content. You likely have:
- 2–5+ years in digital marketing, content creation or a similar role
- Strong video production and editing skills
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Descript, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- A good understanding of what performs well across different platforms
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously Nice to have:
- Experience with podcasts or webinars
