Greendale Timbers is one of Sydney’s oldest family-owned timber yards, proudly operating from our original Brookvale site since 1979. We supply to a wide range of customers
- from construction companies, builders, cabinetmakers, carpenters and joiners, to homeowners, handypersons and students.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in a wide-ranging office-based role that combines customer service, sales, and administration.
About the role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers
- handling enquiries, processing sales, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service both in person and over the phone. You’ll also assist with general administrative tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Responding to phone and in-store enquiries
Processing orders, invoices, and payments
Providing excellent customer service and sales support
Performing general administrative duties
About you:
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Accurate, productive and organised work approach
Knowledge of timber, building or hardware products preferred (training provided)

Pay: $27.00
- $35.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Brookvale NSW 2100: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
