Join the team capturing Australia’s school memories. At advancedlife, we are a national leader in school photography and print. We are looking for a creative, data-driven Junior Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our close-knit team.

If you are passionate about building brand awareness, developing sales collateral and driving digital engagement, this is your prospect to make a positive impact. This is a permanent role (9am to 5pm) situated in Brookvale offering an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and send sales emails and marketing pieces


· Write, design, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms

· Assist in developing market leading Sales Collateral

· Assist in developing Marketing & Sales strategies that deliver business growth

· Assist in developing tactics and strategies that retain existing customers

· Assist in developing and refining data management and ensuring database is accurate, relevant & used appropriately

· Producing and sharing sales reports

· Assist in ongoing product development

· Assist in planning, executing, and tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives.

· Conference/Trade Show Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of company Conference/Trade Shows and promotional activities including set up and pack down of events when required.

What You Bring

A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in and do whatever is required to help the team. A solid work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised when necessary. Tech Literacy: Previous experience in the Marketing and Communications space is highly desirable. Precision: An eye for detail and a commitment to accurate data entry.
