Sales Representative - McCain (Independent Grocery) (Manly)

This is your chance to step into a high-impact sales role with one of Australia’s most iconic brands in the Frozen Food segment – McCain! 2-year opportunity | Travel across Northern NSW | Represent an industry leader McCain! What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our field sales team, you’ll be the face of McCain across your territory — driving sales, growing market share, and strengthening customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
- Negotiating distribution and volume deals to maximise visibility and sales.
- Securing prime shelf space and executing high-impact promotional activities.
- Introducing new products and driving brand engagement across independent grocery stores.
- Building strong partnerships with store owners, managers, and distributors.
- Travelling regularly (including overnight regional trips) to stay connected with your territory and customers every 6 weeks. What We’re Looking For You’re a confident and self-motivated sales professional who loves getting out into the field and seeing your results first-hand. You’ll bring
- Proven experience in sales or account management — ideally within FMCG or Independent Grocery (Frozen or Chilled Food a bonus!) is essential!
- A genuine passion for relationship-building and negotiation.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills — you plan ahead and get things done.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ideally based in Northern Sydney, Northern Beaches, North Shore for easy access to your territory.
